BIB (Bring It Back) is an abbreviation that means "let’s restore the body to its healthy state." It reflects the idea of applying exercise intervention programs, which are fundamental to the Division of Sport Science, to improve the current physical condition.
BIB engages in small-group study sessions to acquire knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, establish a solid understanding of functional anatomy, and practice functional exercise rehabilitation programs — including the use of small equipment and complex exercise interventions — with the goal of applying them in the field in the future.
The club is designed for students aspiring to become personal trainers, athletic trainers, functional rehabilitation trainers, or health exercise specialists. Through BIB, students can prepare for various certifications such as the Level 2 Sports Instructor Certificate and the Health Exercise Manager Certificate. Activities include certification study groups, job-specific training programs to strengthen employment skills, guest lectures, practical sessions in exercise intervention programs used in real-world settings, and participation in major-related seminars.
Ultimately, BIB aims to enhance students' academic and practical competencies, develop expertise in their major, and build competitiveness for future employment through both academic study and field experience.
