Communication refers to the process of exchanging information between two or more callers and receivers for the purpose of achieving understanding, or expressing thoughts, values, desires, and beliefs between people in words and actions. This is a very important factor in terms of growth as well as mental adaptation of humans. Therefore, in this lecture, we will learn how to communicate with the public in terms of health, physical strength, well-being, to maintain and sustain sports and sports activities, and to develop the ability to use them in real sports and sports fields.
